My daughter was seen this morning. I think this is the fastest waiting room I have ever encountered! The price for cash pay was very good and I will be bringing my other 2 daughters in soon for eye exams. Thank you for wonderful service and I highly recommend. Dr. Means was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with my daughter. She also felt very comfortable and this my one kid who can come unraveled if she thinks something painful might happen.

Dr. Means is, without a doubt, one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of seeing in a very long time. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly, professional staff that makes every visit a positive experience. Dr. Means is always pleasant, genuinely interested in his patients, and has a wonderful sense of humor that immediately puts you at ease. He's incredibly thorough, efficient, and truly a master of his craft. You can tell he genuinely cares and takes pride in providing exceptional care. It's rare to find a doctor and staff who make you look forward to an appointment, but this office does exactly that. I can't recommend Dr. Means highly enough. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would!

My appointment today went very smoothly. The staff member that completed the tests before seeing Dr. Means was very professional and nice, answered the questions I had during the tests.and Then she delivered me to the exam room where Dr. Means followed up. He review the test results that were just completed and explained the findings and what they meant. He is a very thorough physician with a great personal manner. I'm so glad he is and has been my doctor for the past 8 years or more. If you are looking for a great Optometrist Dr. Means fills that need. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve heard nothing but positive things about Dr. Means and the staff. I had an eye problem rather than needing a regular vision exam. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I was seen by Dr. Grant Means. He was terrific. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Every step of the new patient process was orchestrated and efficient. I had to wait a few minutes to be seen by the doctor but I am more than okay with that because he spent time with the previous patient just as he did with me. I don’t feel that he was too tightly booked however. I had completed some of the paperwork online prior to arrival and perhaps I was able to get to the point of the actual exam quicker than normal. I didn’t feel rushed. He listened. He asked clarifying questions. He answered ALL my questions. I cannot say enough about the staff. The front desk people were thorough and quick. The next person was my initial take prior to the actual exam. This person was, again, thorough and quick. Everyone was polite, friendly and all seemed to be happy with their place of employment as well as their jobs. There were plenty of staff members to handle all the patients in the very modern and tastefully designed facility. The efficiency did not make me feel as though I was rushed at all. It just all felt like a very well organized process.
