Absolutely the best experience by any of the locations I’ve ever had!!!! The Store manager Stephanie(hope I spelled right) ensured that any issue I had with other location @ 12548 Westheimer Rd got taken care of she made sure months of problems from the other store went away in less than 2 weeks 🥰 thank you for doing what SO MANY PPL couldn’t and that’s being the perfect version of customer service thank you thank you thank you!!! I will gladly drive to this location with no hesitation ❤️

Went to appointment a little late abs they still welcome me after that grace period. The staff was very sweet and took time out to make sure I was happy with the glasses I wanted. Even helped fine a deal that was great with my insurance.

Came in as a walk-in and got seen right away. The Dr is great! Very patient and kind. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of their products. The place is clean and they have a large variety of frames to choose from! Very happy with my visit.

I had a poor experience with the receptionist during my dad’s appointment. I was the one who scheduled the visit, but at no point was I informed that the appointment would be automatically canceled after a 10-minute grace period. We arrived shortly after that, only to be told the appointment was canceled. As an optometrist myself, I understand the importance of scheduling and punctuality. However, in my practice, we accommodate patients who arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled time whenever possible, especially for medical appointments involving elderly patients. I believe clearer communication and a more understanding approach would go a long way in improving patient experience.
