America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

A huge thank you to Maria at America’s Best for helping me out just in time for summer! My toddlers managed to rip my sunglasses right off my face, leaving them bent and unwearable. Maria was so kind, professional, and helpful. She took the time to adjust them, and now they fit perfectly again. As a busy mom, I really appreciated the quick service and friendly attitude. Maria turned what I thought would be a replacement purchase into an easy fix. Thank you for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate it! ☀️🕶️😊

Lisset truly exceeded our expectations. After being turned away at the Mansfield location due to our original purchase being made elsewhere, I was frustrated enough to consider never returning to America’s Best. But the moment we walked into the Midlothian location, Lisset changed everything. She was warm, welcoming, and handled our needs quickly and professionally. Because of her, we’ll continue doing business here—and I’ll be telling my family and friends that the service at this location is far superior to Mansfield.

This America's Best used to actually be the Best, but now they are so unfriendly, unkind, and unprofessional. I have had to go in several times in the last 2 months for my kids, my husband, and myself. The older hispanic woman at the front desk is so rude (not a good first impression right when you walk in the door). I needed to ask her a question and she was talking to another employee and I could tell I annoyed her so she rolled her eyes at me and then started speaking in Spanish to her co worker(clearly about me). Another time I went in for an appointment recently, two of the girls were arguing right in front of me of who got the next customer waiting to order glasses. The behavior and professionalism at this America's Best needs to be evaluated. The only good thing I can say is that the optometrists here are absolutely amazing and the little old woman at the front desk is so sweet and kind(but I haven't seen her the last 2 times I've been in there). I scheduled another upcoming appointment for my daughter and if the atmosphere isn't more friendly or if the people that work here aren't completely different people then my family and I will go elsewhere.

I just like to take a moment. And just think Mrs Lisette. For doing a wonderful and outstanding job on my glasses. She took her time. And she did a wonderful job in reset my glasses. To a better fit on my face. And I appreciate her so much. And will always remember. America's Best in every way!

It’s opening weekend and this team is really giving it their all. There are some tech difficulties, however this team doesn’t even break a sweat. Dr. Mattingly has amazing demeanor, is kind and informative. You can tell he enjoys his profession. Kevin is the rep that assisted me with my selections, price breakdown and insurance and he was a class act. Luis was the ringer brought in to help with tech difficulties. I have used America’s Best for years in several cities. This is by far the best team I have encountered. Go see this team. You will be glad you did.
