America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had an excellent experience at this America’s Best. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain lens options and help me choose the right frames for my prescription and style. The eye exam was thorough and clearly explained, which gave me a lot of confidence in the results. They have the new Ray Ban Meta!!! I’m in love!!! What really stood out the most was how clean, organized, and well-maintained the store was—especially compared to other optical shops I’ve visited. It made the whole experience feel much more comfortable and professional. Overall, I highly recommend this place for quality eye care, great service, and a very pleasant shopping environment.

Had an incredibly frustrating experience with this store. Their website clearly stated they were open, so I drove a long distance to get there. When I arrived, the door was locked, but there was a sign on the door and the storefront clearly indicating they were open and accepting same-day appointments. However, after waiting for about 15 minutes, someone finally came to open the door and informed me that there was no available doctor. This meant I couldn’t purchase contacts or glasses, and I was advised to go to another location. I ended up wasting a lot of time for absolutely no reason. I even asked if they could give me a sample pair of contacts while I waited for the doctor, but I was told it wasn’t possible because my doctor hadn’t "filled" my prescription. This explanation was extremely odd and unprofessional. The fact that their sign clearly stated they were open and accepting appointments, yet this wasn’t actually the case, was deeply disappointing. It was not only inconvenient but also left me feeling hurt and upset by the whole situation.. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about their membership customers at all. The whole experience made it clear that they don’t value or appreciate their members, and it gave me the strong impression that they don’t even want you to continue shopping with them at all. The lack of respect for my time and the dismissive attitude I encountered left me with the feeling that they have no interest in providing good service or building any kind of customer loyalty. . 😕😕😕😕😕😕😕
