I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. What really exceeded my expectations was how quickly they got my glasses ready. I was originally told it could take two weeks, but my new glasses were ready in just one week. That level of customer service was a pleasant surprise and made a huge difference. The entire process was smooth, and I felt valued as a patient. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye care place that actually cares. I'll definitely tell my friends and family about this place

I gave two starts because I felt rushed and pressured into picking glasses and I didn’t have time to really think. Prices aren’t shown up front so you can pick a pair you like then find out they are 500 dollars. I think frame rates should be displayed. Otherwise this doctor is phenomenal at getting your eyes thoroughly checked. The receptionist was very kind and friendly and the remaining examiners were phenomenal as well. I just believe in giving honest reviews.

Ashley was amazing and helpful!! Very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best pair of glasses and update my current frames! 10/10!!

They do what ever they want to do to make their Business grow . My insurance doesn't need any copayments for eye exam. These people mandating retinal pictures so they get money out of patients. They said I don't have right to refuse my care 🤪
