America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Wanda was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was very patient while helping me look at different frame options and made sure I understood the pricing, coverage, and what would work best for my vision needs. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. I also loved my visit with Dr. Tran. Dr. Tran was very kind, thorough, and made the eye exam process smooth and easy to understand. They took the time to answer my questions and explained my vision results in a way that made sense, which I really appreciated. I never felt rushed, and it felt like they truly cared about making sure my eyes were properly taken care of. Overall, the entire experience was great. Wanda and Dr. Tran both went above and beyond to make sure I received excellent service. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my visit very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great eye care and helpful staff!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!! YOU ARE NEVER GREETED BY FRONT DESK. WOMAN WHO TAKES TEST IS DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. The prices were amazing but customer service wasn’t! Very disappointing as this was my husband first time in so many years getting eye check up. We schedule an appointment online and was greeted by a man with glasses in the corner he was nice and then checked us in! Then we asked if we could walk around and look at the glasses. A woman who does the eye testing QUIETLY was calling for my husband from all the way in her room she did not go up to him or nothing she called him and I told my husband laughing it sounds like someone is calling you like a FADED VOICES until we noticed it was her. He does the test and comes out saying that she was rude while doing the testing then she calls me up she was nice at first with me until it came to the blowing in the eye “you keep moving stand still” I told her I was getting a panic attack and I’m scared I don’t like the feeling cause she doesn’t WARN YOU AT ALL we did the testing 5x and all she did was laugh at my situation I felt so annoyed. I told my husband how unhappy I was. Few mins pass by and a couple came in also looking for glasses, the woman who does the testing you can hear her go “ugh you added someone else to my schedule?” (She says in her low voice but that you can still hear) you can now hear that she has an attitude. Disgusting customer service. Then we met Mr. Tran, he was an amazing doctor explain everything to me and what was happening to my eyes. After him Then I had someone come up to me telling me “oh us front girls we don’t only talk we wish we could help but we can’t” when we came in first we didn’t see no front girls at all. Just the guy in the corner. We started to look for some glasses choose some thanks to Angie! Her explaining everything and helping me choose branded names with even the promotion they have going on. We were in there for an 1hr and I believe 30mins I remember being in a rushed since I had work and they took forever to see us and see us. Finally got glasses! Got my glasses just for them to have the wrong prescription side, once again we send off glasses and I have to wait having to come back to the store and when I did come back I was not greeted at all you’re never greeted now that I think about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL.

I felt rushed throughout my entire visit. Questions were not answered clearly, and I felt dismissed when trying to understand my options. The overall customer service was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable asking questions. Patients deserve to feel informed, not rushed.

Kudos to Dr. Tran and staff! I literally passed another location by my home on 1093 to come here. It was a great decision as I was seen ON TIME! He was very courteous and patient during my exam. I’m elated you DONT take late comers as my time is valuable. I want to be seen ON TIME when I schedule an appointment. Thanks for great service!

I recently visited America Best on West Grand Pkwy. I was greeted by a host of friendly staffers. Angie and Jyri took good care of me and helped me make my selection. I highly recommend this location. It was the best experience to date.
