I had a great experience at the Atascocita location in Humble, TX! Sandra, the tech, was very professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam process. She explained everything clearly and made the visit smooth and stress-free. Mie was also amazing. She went over my insurance benefits in detail, explained what was covered, and made sure I understood all my options. She helped me pick out a really nice pair of glasses that I absolutely love! I truly appreciated her patience and helpful attitude. The customer service at this location was excellent, and the whole team made my visit a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been visiting Americas Best for nearly ten years. When we moved here from NC at the end of last year, we saw we had one near our house. I think this is the best one we have visited yet! The staff is really friendly and helpful, they have a great selection of frames, and we were able to schedule an appointment within 24hrs of wanting one. Honestly we could have scheduled a same day if I was available. Usually I have to wait a week out. I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the Humble area.

You new location at 6940 fm 1960e has superb customer service Ms. Lakeishia Vaden measured me for glasses, explained every question I asked. She is very professional, and I picked up my glasses today. A perfect fit and no adjustments. I'll certainly return for my next pair Excellence overall 🙌🏻 ❤️❤️

I am SO GREATFUL for all of their help! I had an eyeglasses emergency and they not only helped me the day of, they got me into contacts so I could drive safely home!
