I was going to the location in Burleson and it was good, but I wanted something closer to home. I had my first exam at the Cleburne location today and I was very pleased with the customer service. Dr. Shea did a very thorough exam, took his time and did a really great job at talking with me and discussing eye health and contact solution. Check in and check out process- excellent! I was nervous about going that and I’d never had an eye exam or been into any eye place. The process was so smooth! Couldn’t have wished for it to go any better! So thrilled I went & had a fantastic experience.
It was my first experience getting my eyes checked. The staff was very attentive and professional. The doctor was great and the staff helped me pick out cute and affordable glasses.
The ladies were kind and helpful. I didn't feel rushed. Dr. HOA PHUNG was patient and talked to me about my eyes progress. Amanda was the one who helped me through the process of picking lens to paying my bill, thank you for being a nice person. Again that stone is so beautiful in your necklaces 😉
