Three times now I have gone to three different and expensive optometrists for glasses, and three times they have never been able to get the prescription correct. Then I go the optometrist next to Wal Mart, get an RX, then go to the Walmart vision center next door and get glasses that are always accurate and correct. Went yesterday. Very friendly techs. Could probably use 1 more tech but I didn't mind waiting.

I came in for a basic adjustment and was treated like I was inconveniencing the employee. She made a comment implying my glasses were “about to break,” handled them roughly, and refused to help further without offering any real explanation or alternative, just told me to get new frames. I don’t mind being told something can’t be done, but the attitude and lack of professionalism were unnecessary.
I had a bad experience here with some recalled daily disposable contact lenses. I wasn't taken seriously about the pain and weird film the contacts were leaving in my eyes. They gaslit me claiming I was being sensitive and just needed to get used to it because it was my first time with contacts. They didn't offer any solutions. Ignored my complaints. Called me dramatic. I would be able to see with them at first but my eyes would dry out after a few hours and then I would be blinded by a weird grey film that seemed to coat my eyeballs for up to several hours after I took them out. Imagine how vindicated I felt when I got a letter in the mail telling me to discontinue use of the lenses immediately and could be entitled to compensation because they were recalled for literally deteriorating in people's eyes. They gave me a bad batch and then left me suffering, confused and guilt tripped for something that could have been solved so easily with just trying a different brand. I spent months thinking there was something wrong with me or that I would never be able to wear contacts. I had a much better experience with America's Best.
This was our first visit to Walmart Eye Care. Andrea greeted us and helped us from beginning to end. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with information. She worked with our insurance to ensure we knew what they would pay and what would be out of pocket. She gave us a timeline and what to expect. She explained the warranty and what it covered. She was excellent!!
My mom went to the eye doctor trying to get some information about her vision and I was on the other line while my mom was talking to him and he was super rude to her!!!! To the point of yelling. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!!
