Scheduling was easy, and I appreciated the flexible appointment hours walkins. and I was able to get in without much hassle. However, I wasn’t particularly impressed with the overall service. While I understand the reasoning behind their policy. It’s frustrating not being able to leave with my prescription. In hindsight, I feel I could have returned to my regular optometrist, likely paid slightly less, more brand options for contact samples and walked out with my prescription the same day.

I had such a great experience working with Candy She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process of helping me find the perfect pair of eyeglasses. She took her time explaining everything, made sure I understood my options, and was incredibly thorough.

Very convenient location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a doctor on staff for any questions!! Overall great place to go!!
