Bulverde Vision Source

A lot of people are anxious at the dentist, but not me. I'm anxious at the eye doctor. However, the staff and the Drs here put me at ease, calmed my anxiety and ensured that I had a thorough exam in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. They explained every procedure to me, and exactly what was going to happen. Afterwards, while I purchased glasses, they went through every option, & each cost with my insurance thoroughly. I felt very well taken care of and i'm happy that I have found a wonderful eye doctor and optician going forward. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Martin and all her staff were very pleasant, patient and prompt, during appointments for my wife and her 91 year old mom. The staff took their time obtaining mom’s new patient exam and Dr. Martin took her time with both of them. The facility is warm and inviting. They left very pleased and satisfied with their thorough exams.

This is my first experience with Bulverde Vision Source, however, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the first call to set up an appointment, to my actual appointment, the staff was polite, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Dr. Martin and Ronnie (I hope I got the spelling right), took care of me during my appointment and they were wonderful. Their bedside manner was impeccable and I felt well taken care of. They addressed any and all concerns, and sent me on my way with exactly what I needed from my appointment. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning as a patient. I highly recommend this practice whether you need glasses or have a concern about your eyes. I got a personal recommendation from a friend to see Dr. Martin and drove to Bulverde from Boerne to see her. It was well worth the drive and I will be switching to this practice. Dr. Martin was knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. All of her staff members were very helpful and very kind. I’m so glad I came here.

I had an eye issue and needed to get seen quickly. They were able to get me in fast. Everyone was so courteous and helpful. The doctor was exceptionally patient and was able to provide the needed treatment. I’ve been going to Bulverde Vision Source for two years. Always great experience!
