My experience with Dr. Anderson has been unparalleled. I visited EyeTX for the first time back in August of 2025 and just had a recent visit for a routine exam. He is so polite and attentive to all of my needs and concerns. He makes each visit feel personalized and I truly appreciate that. You can tell that he loves his profession. The staff is kind and respectful as well. Laura assisted me with several options for my out of pocket cost for my contact lenses. She took the time to break everything down for me and I am beyond grateful for that. Overall, it was such a refreshing experience at this office. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing a new optometrist!

We stumbled into EyeTx after a long flight from South Korea, exhausted, jet-lagged, and in need of eye exams for our family of four. They fit us all in without batting an eye. The staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely fun to be around, which made the whole experience so much easier than it had any right to be. Once they found out we were on a tight timeline before heading back to South Korea, they really stepped up to make sure our contacts and glasses would be ready in time. We only found this place because it was close to our hotel, but it was honestly one of the best surprises of the trip. Highly recommend!
Five stars for Dr. Anderson, zero stars for the office at large. My initial impression of EyeTx was stellar a few years ago. They were communicative, I was in and out of my appointment in an hour, and they price matched my contacts against other major retailers to ensure I got a great rate without shopping around and therefore guaranteed I'd purchase with them, which worked. My second annual visit was the same. Third year I schedule prior to my year to date exam, was not informed I couldn't be seen for an additional two weeks until the night prior to my appointment, so I showed up and was turned away. I had taken the day off work and arranged for child care for this purpose. Why are we not verifying benefits far enough in advance, perhaps the day the appointment is made, to let someone know they cannot come? Had to reschedule and subsequently ran out of contacts. Fourth year I'm informed my new insurance plan (new job) is not accepted by EyeTx. I double check this against the website and this seems to be incorrect, EyeMed is in fact listed, but on my return call I'm told I still cannot be seen. Understood, I move on to another provider. Since that time I have received innumerable phone calls, texts, and emails from EyeTx about booking my annual exam....maybe 25 in the last 4 months? I've answered multiple of these outreach requests telling them THEY no longer accept my insurance. I just got another call today from a man who sounded more like a robot than human prompting me to make an appointment AGAIN. This isn't just an email list serve oversight. My plan changed again through my employer but I do not plan to return. If the caliber of your front desk staff is hindering your patients' continuity of care with a provider, you have a problem.
Everyone was very professional and friendly. Appointment was much quicker than usual eye appointments. Dr. Jiang was professional and very helpful. I would definitley recommend EyeTX Vision Center Vineyard.
The folks up front and Dr. Anderson, are all great. They even mailed my glasses to me in New Hampshire, which was a great help. Awesome place!
