My experience was fantastic. I had an issue with the fit. I went back they resolved my issue with no hassle. It was a no hassle experience. I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone. Steve Young was my the representative that took care of my issue. He was a very pleasant person to deal with.

Brennan was so fantastic! Helped repair glasses that we didn’t even buy here and took such great care of. She balanced repairing them, greeting customers, and educating her patients and peers all with a smile. 10/10 recommend

Appointment was virtual which was very interesting. Prescription was changed but was not told that until it was time to order my contacts. When asked why my strength was lowered and after stating my concern and reason for concern, there were no solutions. Since there was not an actual doctor on the premises questions could not be answered about my prescription. Not to mention, trial contacts were ordered and my exam fee was collected. I was advised to pick out frames just in case and nothing else was mentioned until I asked about the frames that I picked out. The guy stated that since I had already paid my exam fee that I would pay full price for glasses. After talking with the manager, I was given the discount someone would get if they bought a pair within 30 days of their exam. I felt the “2pair and free eye exam” that they are known for was just to get me in the door. To beat it all, I did not have insurance so this all came straight out of pocket.

Wade was amazing. He not only showed the difference in every option he also walked us through the pricing. Also gave my partner something that would benefit her eyes with the dryness. He was truly helpful . This store is way better than kingsport hands down.

I had an appointment for my husband and I. We live an hour and a half away. We travel this far because we heard that they were really good. We were on our way they call us 2 hours before our appointment to cancel. That is just not the way you run a business. The appointment was made over a week ago and 2 hours before it is unacceptable. Then I was lied to saying they had to cancel because of technical difficulties and when I inquired what technical difficulties because I thought maybe a machine they used for the eye tests were down. Instead of being told what technical difficulties I was then told that they were running behind. I was especially wondering because I had an appointment also so I was wondering why my appointment wasn't canceled and just his was because if it was technical difficulties than both should be canceled. I'm sure they've done good business from their reviews but in my case I did not have a good experience so good luck.
