I wouldn’t even give this a one but ZERO isn’t even an option. Went to this place over a week ago to order contacts for my husband. Lady told me that it would be here by Friday it’s Tuesday and there is no contact. Call them to ask where they were at thinking that she messed up the order and she tells me that they can’t order the contacts. Are you serious? I paid them $40 and the insurance company covered the rest. I asked her to refund the money back. She said I would have to come in. Now my allowance for contacts has to be clear all because this lady doesn’t know how to do her job. Unbelievable!!! BEWARE don’t use this company. Go somewhere that people know what that are actually doing. Walmart you are the worst company ever. I wish we could go through TARGET!!!

My glasses were broken and in bad shape and I couldn’t wait til my news came to see and In about 10 minutes they fixed them and they worked great! They were very kind and helpful!

I love Walmarts glasses. I can never find pairs I like anywhere else. The only problem I have is when you get your glasses adjusted and you get stuck with Diane. She has no idea what shes doing and shes usually the only one there. She doesnt want to adjust them the way you ask. All she does is spread the nose pieces as far as she can and make the ears really tight. The woman with the pixie cut and the man get it perfect every single time but theyre hardly ever there.

I was traveling to the area and had one of my contacts rip. We called the vision center here at Walmart and they were more than happy to help in communicating with my eye doctor and giving me a sample contact to use until I could make it back home. They even had my prescription on file. Thanks to Tim I was able to get my contacts quickly.

This is for the vision center only. Hours of operation need to be updated. They were most definitely closed today, Saturday, at 4:45pm. I have broken glasses and had to work today. Cant get them fixed or even buy new frames due to the wrong business hours posted!!!
