Just had my regular five year eye glass appointment because I’m a regular human who doesn’t go annually like I’m supposed to. I just had to come give credit to Liz. She was beyond helpful and kept her lovely smile even when customers came in near the end of my appt and immediately met her kind welcome with cold rude responses followed by them talking about the smell in the store (an elderly gentleman smelt a little like B.O.). It’s not often you have a knowledgeable employee who can also keep a cool head when entitled folks try to bring the mood down. Keep kickin ass Liz and I’ll see ya on the 21st to get my glasses! Which were $95 for two pairs and an exam out the door. No fees hidden and no high pressure sales BS.

The eye doctor was a minimalist. You pay the full amount of your exam and he gives you the minimal amount of required evaluation. The place could be on fire and he would probably be the first one out the door. My opinion ..Only.... But if you're paying the full amount, you should be getting the full amount. The female Associates were OK, but I came in to pick up my glasses with a male dude who didn't even check to see if the glasses fit my face or if they needed any adjustment. Come to find out, they kept slipping off my face and falling off at work. I'm a nurse and I work 12 hr shifts.. I need a pair of glasses that'll stay on my face. I give this place two stars because the prescription does work, the product is substandard & the effort is below Standard!

I am not one to complain, so me leaving a review means it was really bad. Truly the most awkward experience I've ever had at a business. The conversations these employees had in front of costumers was shocking. Almost arguing over who would go to lunch next and when, talking about secret shoppers that their boss or something sends in to catch them not doing their job and talking about being careful til the "secret shopper thing is over" while saying inappropriate things right in front of me at the same time. At one point one of the ladies on a computer asked the guy helping me "do you ever look at customers names and judge them if they're ugly or not based off their name?" He then went on to describe meeting someone and thinking they're sexy and judging names based off of that. I don't even have time to type out the other half of the experience with my actual glasses and exam. Don't go here folks.

Every Staff member was very friendly showed professionalism while attending to Clients. Store manager seemed very knowledgeable and helpful to both clients and staff in all areas . Staff were always coming to her for consultations .

Ty helped me tremendously. She set up an eye exam for Mon Oct 20, went over the different options I have, and ordered new lens for my current frames (before my warranty expired). She is a prized employee and management should prioritize her retention in this company. Thank you Ty for being so patient and professional!
