The people working here are not only not trained properly they have no pep in their step either. I was attempting to see if I still had the eye ware club, still can't figure that information out. I have multiple user profiles that no one has connected so my prescriptions are not all together. While I had no issues checking out and receiving the services I asked for it was in an unacceptable manner. Please do better to train your employees and have them use critical thinking skills to better assist their customers. The service is lacking. I specifically was attempting to ask a question to a worker who when I went to the desk was on the other side of the room. I asked her to walk over to the front desk so I didn't have to shout. While she was attempting to help me someone else walked in, she greeted them and then started to discuss their issue with me present. This is unprofessional. I asked her to finish helping me first. I wound up leaving before my request was handled due to their lack of knowledge in how to use the system and a time constraint in my end. I will NEVER come back to this location again.

I came in with my mom to get her glasses adjusted, and Grace was WONDERFUL. She took really good care of the glasses itself and genuinely considered my mom's comfort. You can tell she's knows what she's doing and is well-educated in this field. She's such a sweet and fun soul. Thank you, Grace, for making my mom feel at ease.

Worst experience ever!! I would actually give the a 0. Do not go to this location unless you want to the worst customer service and clear racism thrown in your face. I had an appointment for 3:20pm and arrive early. Waited to check in while the receptionist was checking someone out. I was not greeted by anyone while I was there. I had to let the receptionist know I'm here for an appointment and asked if I could look at some glasses while I waited. She did not come get me after handling the previous customer not did anyone else that was working. There were only 2 other customers already being helped. I went back to check with the receptionist and she said, " Oh yeah, you have an appt right?". I checked in and gave her my insurance information and she was surprised at how much my insurance covered. I waitd to be called for my exam and thee are multiple people who came in and were greeted kindly and were taken care of right away. I waited 30mins and no exam. When walked up to talk to the receptionist and other worker asking when my exam is going to be, they both looked at each other and said they will need to go check. As they replied, a couple walked in and their attention instantly turned to them and greeted them and started assisting them right in front of me. I literally had to say just cancel my appointment, it's clear that no one here wants to help me. I am an Asian women, all the customers were either white or black. No other customer was treated in this disrespectful manner for the time that I was there. I haven't felt this much disrespect in a long time and will never being going back here.

Dr.Helmold did a great job, I told her my concerns about my prescription and she zeroed in and figured out it was too strong. She did it quick too. Then in the front Jason took excellent care of me. He knows his products.

Do not come here. The actual visit with a doctor was fine but the second I walked in I was met with moans, groans and an attitude by a woman in an orange sweater with white flowers. I could hear her complaining that “I didn’t fill out a form online” but I had filled out everything on the website prior to my appointment. Then someone else jumped in to help me, she was great but the other woman was speaking to her incredibly rude as well. Regardless, completely unprofessional to say that while I could hear. It took forever for someone to see me (past my appointment time and I was 15 minutes early) the wrong chart was printed off so that delayed things as well. Not to mention the 30+ minutes I had to wait after seeing the doctor to pay for my appointment and finally get to leave. Save yourself time, the front of store employees are rude, and the selection isn’t even good for glasses, not that I’d make any other purchase here at this point. If I could rate this store less than one star I would.
