My husband and I came here to find some new glasses. The workers were all really helpful and kind. Special shout out to Arika for being so patient and helpful with our many questions. Overall a good experience, we will be returning in the future when we need new glasses.

Dennis and Zack were very helpful. We were there at a slower time and both Zack and Dennis were able to help us in selecting frames. Then when it got a little busier. Dennis spent as much time as I needed to make the correct selections and to make sure I was selecting the appropriate lenses needed. I will happily return next time I need glasses.

Beth and Helen were amazing! They showed me things I didn't even know existed (which were exactly what I've always wanted! ) I have very specific safety needs for my job, but they had an astounding selection of safety glasses- cute as well as serious frames with great comfortable fits! And Beth took extra time to do the math with my insurance & the store discounts to make sure I got the best prices possible. Can't wait to pick them up! Great people, great choices. Great store, friendly staff. My nephew accidentally hit me in the face with a pillow and bent my glasses pretty badly. I brought them in, expecting they might not be fixable, but the staff were able to straighten them out perfectly. They were friendly, professional, and had my glasses looking and fitting like new in no time. I can’t thank them enough

I was shocked! But in a good way! AI reviews suggested glasses would be more expensive here and suggested I order them online (probably from China) LensCrafters came in at half the price I was anticipating AND they stand behind their product.
