America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I’ve been here since 2:15 and it is now 3:43. I finished my exam 25 plus minutes ago. The only thing I need to do is pay and get a copy of results. Yet only one person in the office is capable of doing this? I find this to be absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I come here is because I have the membership but once it expires, I will absolutely not be returning. I have come by before to pick up glasses and get adjustments and no one has been in the lobby. No one! No one was in the lobby when I arrived today. I had to look for someone to get checked in. I have also been here in the past and the person sitting at the desk was so engrossed in her phone she didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. This is supposed to be a professional medical office setting. I don’t care for WalMart but will take their vision center over this any day of the week. I’m now leaving at 4:01

At the old location on Green Bay Ave. I would have given them a 5 star review! Mequon not so much. I ordered sunglasses on 06/26 and canceled the order in late July because they still weren’t in, but I was the one who had to call to find out what was going on no one ever contacted me to tell me about the delays (with flimsy excuses). I asked for a refund and just today—more than a month later after a few calls, I spoke to the manager who issued the refund. Now I have to again wait to get my money back. The service & follow through is not very good and I might add the staff is none too friendly or helpful.

Michael (Mequon, WI location) went above & beyond assisting me with ordering (and submitting rebate) for contacts.They are extremely knowledgeable & very patient answering all my questions.

Friendly staff, great lens selection, clean, and I HIGHLY recommend Dr Otíz! He's the best!!!!
