Kristina was outstanding. She guided me through all the initial steps of my comprehensive eye exam professionally and clearly and made me feel listened to and understood. Jimmy knew so much about eye glasses and patiently wrote down answers to all my questions. Both helped create an atmosphere of excellence. Dr Edmonds expertise made me feel confident I’d chosen the right ophthalmologist.
Dr. Heilmann has been with me for over 8 year. He's the absolute best. He's a great listener, explains everything in terms that are easily understood, and makes sure you know your options. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is just a quality person.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr Sward. She did an excellent job on both of my cataract surgeries.
