I stopped by LensCrafters two days ago just to browse, even though I was overdue for two new pairs of glasses because of a change in my prescription. Charles was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect frames for me. His knowledge, professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Not only did he help me choose a beautiful pair of everyday glasses, but he also assisted me in selecting the perfect sunglasses. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choices. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Charles truly went above and beyond. His professionalism and genuine care made this a wonderful experience. Thank you, Charles, for your outstanding service, and thank you, LensCrafters, for employing such an exceptional team member. I would like to give a huge shout out to Jimmy and all the people that were working today at LensCrafters Bayshore. I had a remote eye exam that went perfectly. Jimmy helped me pick out some glasses and shared his expertise with me. I highly recommend, if you need eyeglasses or contacts, to come to LensCrafters Bayshore, you won’t regret it.
