I’d give negative stars if i could. i had such a bad experience at this location. young woman named Toni was absolutely terrible to work with. such a terrible attitude. if you can’t do your job properly don’t take it out on me!!
I had such a great experience at this eyeglass store thanks to Queen Bellamy. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. They helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit both my style and budget. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain my options and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family!

QUEEN was the real MVP today! Came in expecting a regular eye appointment and left feeling like I just went through an episode of Extreme Makeover: Vision Edition. 😎 She was professional, patient, and somehow made the whole process actually fun. If you ever need someone who’s gonna make sure you see 20/20 and leave smiling, ask for Queen. She’s the reason Pearle Vision Glendale deserves five stars.don’t play with her, she’s elite with the lenses 😂👏🏾
Service was fantastic from start to finish. I was immediately greeted during both visits. Dawn helped me select a pair of frames that were the right style for my face and suitable for my prescription. When my glasses came in, Rory made sure they fit properly. He even adjusted my old pair and put new nose pads on my prescription sunglasses. Highly recommend this Pearle Vision.
