My experience was great. The Optometrist was easy to work with. Scheduled online. Appointment on time and thorough. Glasses arrived quickly. I’d never purchased transition lenses and they explained everything. When the glasses arrived, they weren’t exactly right. The Optometrist was easy to work with and made sure everything was corrected, even ordering new lenses. The frames I originally ordered were too heavy and hurt my head. They allowed me to switch them as well. I highly recommend America’s Best.

I had an appointment on the hour. Arrived about 10 mins early to browse frames. Was seen by doctor with complete exam, took a few minutes to browse a lil further, made my choices, paid a very reasonable price 😀 and was in my car by 20 minutes after! Great friendly vibes. Great experience. 10 outta 10 recommend.
My normal eye exam place couldn't do what I asked them to bc of no dr in house, so I went here. I found my new eye dr. TARA, Jamie, Alessia, and the sweet girl who did my retina photos etc, and the Eye Doctor himself made me feel at home and relieved me of my worries I had before I walked in (i was in panic mode lol). Customer service here is outstanding and the professional aspect of this facility is 100 percent. Thank you America's Best! See yall next time. Also.. miss Jamie who is new... you are doing so good girl, keep smiling ! Xoxo
I went to America’s Best Cartersville today to buy some new glasses. The receptionist Gina treated me like I was family. She referred me to a salesperson, Tara, and waited with us until she was sure I was being taken care of. Tara listened to my requests and went through my choices and gave me financial options. After I made choices, she walked me over to the glasses and helped me pick out three frames. She then was very honest about which pair looked best on me. It was honestly the best sales experience I have had in a while. I highly recommend America’s Best, Tara, and Gina.
Love the doctor, however the people in the front are very rude! Walked in to pick up my glasses and immediately felt unwelcome. The lady at the front had an attitude from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. I came in to pick up my glasses and once I tried them on they were crooked. I explained this to her and her reasoning was that my eyebrows were uneven. I thought maybe it was true so I left with the glasses and then called someone to get a second opinion. My glasses were 100% crooked and uneven. I then walked back inside and explained that I felt they were still uneven and I didn’t want to accept them as they were since they were expensive glasses. I was then treated even more horribly and the lady just ended up walking away and calling someone else over. I was never disrespectful and I was trying to be understanding, but no kindness was even given to me the whole time. I am very disappointed at how my visit went and now I am stuck with glasses that I am not excited about that I paid $300 for. I have gone to this same location for many years, however after this experience, I will be finding a new location.
