I came in, unable to get my contacts out of my eyes (first time wearer!!) and panicking as they had been in my eyes for well over 12 hours and overnight. Not only was everyone here helpful, but they were kind and caring. I am from out of state and my usual eye doctor is in that state, 13 hours away. I came in and they got me right in, got the contacts out of my eyes easily, gave me tips and techniques to use in the future, gave me eyedrops for the irritation, and told me to come back if I needed help again or if the irritation doesn’t go down in a few days. I came in embarrassed and panicking, but left reassured and calmed down. I will be going back here in the future for my eye care needs! Thank you SO much!!!!

Definitely not spending my money here. Ms. Tamara at the front desk is very rude. I’m a United States Veteran and can go to the VA if I have any issues with the health of my eyes. I came here to get an eye exam and to buy new glasses that I had already picked out on a previous visit when I first discovered the establishment. She requested my health insurance. When I explained that I didn’t want to provide my health insurance, her tone, mood, facial expressions immediately changed. She didn’t even try to hide the fact that she was upset that I didn’t want to follow her process. These days, I don’t expect great customer service from many establishments because they’ve lost sight of the actual customer but I did expect more from this place because it is a private practice. Wishful thinking and lesson learned.

I took my husband by there Saturday morning because he was seeing a gray curtain in upper right corner. The manager told us that the doctor was running over an hour behind which they had only been open around an hour at that point and we were told to try America’s Best that they accepted walk ins. They didn’t mention he needed immediate help or offer help in any way! Very disappointed as I use to work at their sister location several years ago. Needless to say, we won’t use them or recommend anyone to them after that. We ended up after getting help from America’s Best making calls to find someone to see him at Omni in Atl for an emergency appointment same day!

I went to look at glasses to update my prescription, and everyone was so helpful, kind, and patient. I can't say enough about the service and knowledgeable doctors. They also have a section of glasses you can purchase for $50, making vision correction affordable for all people. I actually prefer the look of the discounted frames over the more expensive ones. Update: Eyeworks, Dr. Thompson & Dr. Hood, and everyone has been amazing at getting my vision prescription, referring me to an ophthalmologist to treat my Occular Hypertension & Severe Dry Eye Disease. I'm so very grateful 🙏

I called ahead of time to verify insurance. I was told they take my insurance so I made an appointment. After getting eye exams for myself and 2 of my children they told me I needed to pay because they don’t take my insurance. I asked why I was told they did and was told “well because we offer a discount”. Very dishonest.
