Amazing Staff & Service! This was my first time getting glasses, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From my initial phone call to my visit in person, the entire staff was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They made the process smooth and pleasant. Dr. Cai was especially kind and informative—taking the time to explain everything clearly without me even having to ask. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention provided. Thank you all for such excellent service!

We started using America’s Best 4 or 5 years ago. The last place we used grew from a small place to a large, lavish office - with lavish prices! We decided to try AB - and were and are delighted! And for what we paid for 1 pair of glasses at the other place - now more than covers a pair for both of us with all the bells and whistles. Very nice staff, as well. 2 thumbs way up!

This location is great. The general manager, Kevin, was a huge help. He was professional, patient, and extremely courteous. He went above and beyond in helping me with an issue I was having with my glasses, and worked with me to reach a resolution while taking the time to double check my lenses and ensure that I was being taken care of and left with no concerns. As a new customer to America's Best, Kevin's customer service alone has definitely made me want to go back to them for glasses in the future. I can't say I've been treated so kindly and with such patience when I had an issue with my lenses in the past, but Kevin absolutely nailed it! Glasses aren't cheap, we all know that, and he knows that too! So he did his best to make sure I would be walking away with a pair that felt just right!

Ive been coming here for years. Everyone is always so friendly! Vanessa helped me get the perfect glasses for me. Dr Lindsey Cai is great! She makes sure everything is good. All the staff was nice and greeting ! Highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond for you

Boooo! I called and asked how much an eye exam would be and they said 69$ Great, awesome so I scheduled my appointment. They did not tell me that it would actually be 119$ because I wanted contacts. They wouldn’t have told me if I hadn’t stopped asking questions. My boyfriend got two pairs of glasses and I got one pair, didn’t even get contacts and mine was more expensive. ALSO they do not have a lab at the facility so my bf has to super glue his glasses together for 1-2 weeks yay! (EDIT: changing from 3 to 1 star bc they simply did not speak to me when I picked up my glasses!)
