This experience was fantastic. It was at the Littleton Colorado location. Donna was my representative and was absolutely patient, kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure I left there with everything I needed. Highly highly recommend going to this location, and especially talking with Donna. She’s the best.

Quanesha and Star provided the best service I could have ever asked for! I lost the screws to my glasses and stopped in randomly because I didn’t know what to do. Not only did they make me feel right at home, they also fixed and cleaned my glasses for me! Best store ever for customer service. I’ll definitely be back to buy my next pair of glasses here!

DO NOT COME HERE! Months ago, I had eye exam and Dr lowered my rx. No notification or reason. I called after waiting weeks for trials to come in due to not being able to see. Sat on hold until the manager Quinisha (?) came back online. She personally stated she was going to take care of issue. After 2 weeks of never hearing back, I called. New trial pair of contact were never ordered. I waited another few week. Went in last Thursday. Another pair of contacts; a lower rx from my initial rx months ago was ordered. Did not accept trials. Asked for Manager (Quinisha) to call me back AGAIN! She was sitting next to me and gentleman who was handling my case.....She could have asked me to wait and corrected issue. It has now been 4 days and not a return call. They got my money, my plan's money and I am back to wearing an OLD rx because I do not have any other contacts to wear! I will be contacting DORA to file a complaint against the "Dr" and America's Best Eyewear! I bet I will get a call NOW!!!

Nothing worse than walking into a place and not even being greeted by the front staff and was extremely rude from the start. She couldn't locate my insurance and another employee came to help and showed her it was out of network. Then after being told that she cancelled my appointment so quick and leave it to the other employee to offer to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. At that point I was no longer interested in staying. She definitely should not be the first person anyone sees walking into any place of business.

Donna is great. Very friendly, and very skilled. She really helped, and Dr. John was very helpful and skilled. This was a great experience. Professional, helpful and friendly. A rating of 10 out of 10. A well trained and efficient group!!
