America’s Best Optometrist

My recent visit to America's Best Contacts & Eyewear was excellent. I came in with a broken hinge on the left side of my reading glasses and was hoping they could help. Lucy, the frame technician, carefully examined my glasses and found the best possible solution. She repaired them in less than 15 minutes, and to my surprise, there was no extra charge. My glasses now work like new. The store attendants and service staff were friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about helping customers while also saving them time and money. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Yency, LDO. She was very professional, kind, and helpful. She explained the various options to add to my lenses, their benefits, and left it to me to decide what I wanted. No pressure approach, and in fact, quite patient with me. She insisted on checking all parameters of my insurance (not great, no vision benefits), and possible options. She and the manager worked with me, and I’m awaiting my new glasses without totally “breaking the bank!” If you want a large number of frame options, a laidback atmosphere, and professional service for eyewear, I highly recommend you visit this Burbank, CA location of AB!

Amazing service and unbeatable prices. Karen fixed.my broken glasses frame for free, they had a variety of temple arms in their spare parts bin and luckily found a perfect match to replace the one I broke! Great place with great people.

Appointment was fine, but they convinced me to order off brand contact lenses instead of my normal Bioinfinity lenses and they are the worst contacts I’ve ever had the displeasure of putting in my eyes. I was told they are the same exact contacts as the Bioinfinity but under a different name, but I’ve never had trouble with Bioinfinity lenses like these ones. They dry up within 10 seconds of being in my eyes and usually last about 2 weeks before being unwearable. 5 months into my year long supply and I’m almost through all the whole supply in May.
