EVERYONE, the salesperson, the examiner, the person who checked us in, and the optometrist were exceptionally pleasant, professional, and helpful. My experience was exceptionally pleasant. The salesperson even took extra time to help me select the perfect frame and to save me more than $50. Great place to get a thorough eye exam and eye glasses.THANK YOU!

First time going her and I would never recommend it! The doctor was rude and would not listen. The only reason I went here is because my old provider is no longer covered under my insurance. The doctor said my eyes were inflamed. I told her yes, they are. I have bad seasonal allergies, and this happens every year. Then she proceeded to tell me that I didn't know what I'm talking about. During my exam, she flipped from one screen to another, and I asked if she could go back so I could tell her which one was better. I told her it takes a few for my eyes to adjust. She told me that my vision had drastically changed. I was also going to get glasses along with contacts. She told me I would need progressive glasses. I told her that was not what I wanted. She told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that I needed to listen to her. I only use my glasses at night when I take my contacts out. She still wouldn't listen and sent me on my way. I went to the front, and the gentleman who helped me was very professional. He asked if I wanted to look at glasses. I told him no, I just wanted to pay for my exam and get my trial pair of contacts. He said that he did not have a trial pair they would be in about one to two weeks. I told him how I was supposed to drive home? I live an hour away and can not see. He apologized. I went to my car and called my old provider, and they told me to come right in. I tried on a trial pair with the prescription Dr. Julie Regan gave me everything was blury. I paid for another exam, and my prescription had not changed! So now I'm out money that I shouldn't have been. I ordered contacts and glasses from them and will never go back to you. The sad thing is this, Dr. She is in numerous completes for the same thing, and she is still there. If I could give you zero stars, I would. My two daughters had appointments scheduled and will not be attending them!

I took my mother in to get glasses and the employee who helped us named Trevor was absolutely amazing. This gentleman went above and beyond to help us out, not only was he friendly, extremely knowledgeable but made sure we got the best deal for our money. Because of him and all of the amazing staff I'll definitely recommend this establishment to all family and friends.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews, and I wish I could give It 5 stars. Most of the staff there is very kind and has great customer service. The only thing that I noticed every time I go in though is, the main manager is rude or making comment to a staff when there are other customers/staff around. It’s almost to a point of trying to be flirtatious+ at times. I’ve witnessed an associate almost in tears because of him saying super rude things, Or looking very uncomfortable because of his comments I understand being stern as a manager, and getting along with the staff, but that’s just super unprofessional. In my opinion it makes it hard to go back as much as I would like to go through this company.
