I was very pleased with my visit to Eyemart Express. I was a walk-in and got seen right away. It is very impressive they have the man power to allow for walk-ins to be seen on the same day in a timely manner. My pre-eye exams went well and the staff lady was very kind and gave good directions. Once in the exam room, I didn't have to wait. Dr. Gowen started the eye exam right away. He communicated what he was doing and what he observed with my eyes. I liked that because you wonder what they are seeing. When it was time to pick out eyeglasses, my sales person was Jake and I cannot say enough good things about him. He communicates very well, he exudes confidence, he looks you in the eye, and he wears glasses himself! He is so knowledgeable about the frames and lenses. He helped me pick out the perfect frames for me!

Dr. Gowdens staff first of all were so friendly, supportive and kind!! I knew I was about to have a good experience with these smiling ladies! Got me back to the exam, his nurse that did the exam was the sweetest 💛. Dr. Gowdens was awesome and through and answered all my questions. I am glad to have a place like this in my community to get my eyes checked! I will be recommending! 💛 Also, I got the same treatment at Eyemart! After getting my lenses picked and the perfect frame my glasses were ready in 9 minutes!! 💥 💪 💥

I I really appreciated the hard work the office staff put in from the moment I walked in! Everyone was so welcoming and professional. I was fitted with multiple contacts to find the perfect fit—something no doctor has ever done for me before. He was patient, kind, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional care. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Staff were awesome. They need to replace him. He was rude and scolded me. I didn’t know I had cataract and said he couldn’t deal with me answering. When he found out I had cataracts, he never apologized. That should have made him realize why my why I was having a hard time reading the lines. I leave angry that he wasn’t acting professional. I won’t go back there and I don’t recommend Dr. Gowin.

The staff was very professional. They were very busy but cared for each person individually. I was really impressed with how each person was treated courteously and respectfully. They handled everyone with a positive demeanor. Dr Gowen was worth seeing, he is so competent and kind. He is so very professional and made me feel at ease. A great smile too!
