Had a fantastic experience at America's Best in Fort Collins, all thanks to Lilly! She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Choosing frames can be overwhelming, but her helpful attitude and great eye made it an absolute breeze. Excellent customer service like this is rare—Lilly is an absolute asset to the team. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
Uhhhhh. I don't know how an eye doctor can "see" you if they aren't present for the appointment. In my opinion, an eye exam should have a physical person there not on a screen. Plus, they barely take anyone's insurance. Another time one of the associates said my face was too fat for the frames I wanted. Sucks but I can't afford to go anywhere else. If you have good insurance and/or disposable income go to a private practice or something.
It is because of the incredible staff of this particular America's Best that I have been such a loyal customer for over a decade and a half. Pam, the leader of this crew had managed with grace, humor, and customer service. Their product lines are nicely varied and, in the very few times I experienced any issues with my contacts or glasses, they demonstrated their expertise in correcting the issues. I cannot recommend this office enough.
I went in today to pick up my glasses and needed some adjustment and the experience was really uncomfortable because of the attitude from the front desk staff. At first she started helping me, but when the store got busy she left me waiting, called another associate to help me, and went help a different customer, which I completely understand. The issue was that my adjustment wasn’t finished, and I ended up being left standing there again. When she turned around and saw that I was still waiting, she literally shook her head, made a face toward another customer, and said something along the lines of “she’s still here?” That moment made the whole situation feel extremely awkward and unwelcoming. I do want to thank the assistant manger Lili for eventually helping me finish the adjustment and getting everything sorted out.
