Eyecare Associates new location is open now and has a sleek modern feel. I was welcomed by familiar faces from the Drake location, and was able to see my regular doctor here too! They are located in south FTC which is great for me, as I come from Loveland.
Nice people, poor communication. Billed BCBS medical insurance instead of EyeMed insurance for routine eye exam. Will not change.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Malia and her staff! Dr. Malia was professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. And DeeDee was amazing — she helped me find a great pair of glasses that fit my budget and worked with my insurance. Highly recommend!
