This facility is wonderful for eye exam and eye care. I had a fantastic experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and passionate about their position. I've been wearing glasses all my life and I still learned new things about my eyes no doctor has ever explained to me in the past. They were very efficient and professional and I highly recommend them.

⭐ 0/5 Stars. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. As a federal employee with premium insurance, I have never experienced such a broken, disorganized system. Currently, I am working on getting my money back from Spring Creek Eye Care. I paid full price for lenses and training but received second-class service. As a total newbie to contact lenses, I thought "trial" lenses meant I would be given multiple sets to practice with. Instead, they used me as a test subject by letting an employee who was still in training handle my session. Because of this poor instruction, I mistakenly put both contacts into the wrong sides of the lens holder. Right in front of me, the staff then openly discussed how my prescriptions were different. Once they informed me that these were my only lenses—which had now been roughly handled and pinched during the bad training—I simply asked for a brand-new replacement set so I could train myself accurately at home, and I walked out right then to avoid further confusion. They later called me to come pick up the eyewear, claiming they "fixed" the mixed-up lenses on their own. By doing that, they completely voided my reasonable request. When they asked on that call if I wanted to do the training again, I politely said no and hung up the phone to avoid further misunderstandings. When I returned the second time, I was nice enough to be respectful. I went to the bathroom first, and when I came out to the front desk, the staff still wasn't sure what was going on. They didn't even have the courtesy to respectfully call me "sir," say "excuse me," or show basic professionalism. I was just a black piece of paper to them, and they treated me with total disregard. They only care about doing what is convenient for themselves. The staff and colleagues here are highly unprofessional. Out of three visits, only one person was truly professional—and she was actually filling in from the Promenade Shops at Centerra location. Due to their passive-aggressive behavior, Deceptive communication, and an unwarranted situation where I noticed law enforcement involved right after I left, I have zero trust in this clinic. I wasn't causing a scene or doing anything wrong, which leaves me to question if they were maliciously planning and trying to get me into trouble due to the previous walk-out and phone hang-up. I left my lenses behind and demand a full refund. If you want top-notch service where you actually get what you pay for, go to **Sight Eyecare in Longmont** instead. They are a very new, fresh company, and they know exactly how to treat new clients with absolute, top-tier professionalism! **Corporate Note:** LensCrafters needs to seriously closely eye their contracts with Spring Creek Eye Care. Spring Creek is the absolute challenge and the root of the problem here. If this is how paying patients are treated, LensCrafters needs to reconsider their association with this specific company across their multiple joint Colorado locations.

Worst customer service and all around experience. Charged insurance company for services. Didn’t fulfill the services and will not return phone call or anything. It’s totally bonkers. Opted to file a complaint with DORA, and insurance company, and the FTC instead. Be weary of this place. They are frauds.
