Zach H is the BEST! He was so kind, accurate, timely, and understanding of my situation. This eyemart made my glasses within 15 minutes multiple different times after I got updated prescriptions from different eye doctors. Which is so amazing and exceeded my expectations. Huge shout out for Zach and all his help! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
I have to say, Zach is always out to help customers! He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind to customers. My granddaughter lives her glasses and her back up pair with a nice pink tinge ~ thanks to Zach and Gigi’s suggestion 😊 Thank you Zach for your amazing customer service and thank you Eyemart Express for amazing glasses 🤓
Great selection and staff. Today I went for a repair and they gave me a referral which saved me $30. Appreciate not being upsold :) will be back next time I need a pair and always recommend to friends!
I needed prescription sunglasses for a trip to Europe. I got them at Eyemart and I couldn’t be happier! We went to the store on College Avenue in Fort Collins across from the Dairy Queen. The person that helped me choose my frames was Atisha. She was amazing, friendly, helpful, and super capable. I was shocked when my new sunglasses were presented to me in less than an hour. The lab did an incredible job. 5-stars all the way around. Thank you!
OMG such great service knowledgeable, fast and friendly My glasses were done in 30 min. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. Shanon and the crew were absolutely the best
