Staff was super friendly and the prescription I received was very accurate. However, they do not stand behind their products. I have never had lenses get a scratch like this in the 35 years of having glasses, even with the scratch-resistant film added. I was told they could do nothing about it since I didn’t purchase and additional warranty on the glasses. They blamed their parent company but regardless, I’m left with scratches on my lenses less than a month after getting them and they don’t care at all.

Love the team here. From walking in and getting a very kind warm greeting to the amazing doctors here especially now Dr. Mahaney, What an eye opening (in the very best way :-) ) experience! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this eye doctor for a few years, but the situation has gotten ridiculous. I’ve tried to be seen three separate times recently, and every single appointment has been canceled. I show up, only to be told the doctor can’t make it or that the appointment was canceled with little to no notice. Once is understandable. Three times is not. This has been a complete waste of my time and shows a lack of respect for patients’ schedules. If your time matters to you, do not book with this practice.

I found the staff to be warm, as well as the medical team. I went in with concussive issues and they're helping me get my life back on track, especially working with screens. They were extremely helpful and patient, which helped alleviate anxiety I've been having.

Good friendly staff and knowledgeable and friendly doc. Got me in for a needed appointment in a short amount of time.
