America's Best in Monument took such good care of me. I was worried about letting them know things weren't quite right with my glasses, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had options within the warranty. I ended up getting new frames and upgraded lenses free of charge! No questions asked. Great service. I'll definitely go back.
This is the best America’s Best and I will always drive past the ones in the springs to go here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Ms. Dani got coloring pages for my kids while I was in the exam room. She was so patient and kind to them. The doctor in that day was so efficient and informative. She took her time to explain everything and made sure I was good before I left. Every staff member there was so kind and helpful during my appointment and I always appreciate when they give me honest advice about glasses and size. I got sunglasses as well and she went over polarized vs not and price differences. Overall extremely grateful for this experience. Thank you.
I do not recommend this establishment. I arrived at 12:30 for my daughters eye exam scheduled for 12:40. Did not see Dr. Ann Lipa until 1:50 and she was done with exam by 1:54. When I asked why my daughter was seen last the doctor smirked. Told me to go ask Danny the manager. After explaining everything to the manager she also smirked. I paid $80.00 and got royalty disrespectful treatment. I will never return to this establishment! It’s a joke!
All of the staff that helped me were great especially Dani who was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me and made my experience truly special. Something I wont ever forget! I will definitely be coming back and making sure all the glasses/contact wearers I know go there!
Doctor was great, however those cheap glasses can turn into very expensive glasses. Watch those hidden fees they add, which was an eye opener for us. We thought it was going to be cheaper at American Best but should have stuck with our regular eye doctor. I felt the admin staff was a bit unethical adding fees and stuff we did not need on the glasses.
