Very friendly staff! I booked an appointment online and was seen within 5 minutes of walking in. They were able to accommodate me and help apply a promotion. I’m very thankful for their effort in making this happen! I will be returning!

Leslie is awesome!! She helped me on two different occasions: once when I picked up my glasses and most recently because I was having trouble with my new prescription. She was so helpful. I love that the company stands behind their product and makes it right when necessary. Been getting my glasses from there for a couple of years and have had very positive experiences. Leslie is so personable and friendly. Prior to waiting on me, someone was very rude and impatient towards her, but Leslie stayed calm and polite. When it was my turn, she didn't let the previous encounter affect her ability to be kind and helpful towards me.

I have gone to this location for many years. Years ago they were excellent! For the last couple years the staff has changed and not as friendly as the originals. The front desk young lady is horrible!! She’s almost always on her phone acting as if she’s being interrupted. The gentleman that actually helped me and my husband was pleasant. The doctors are also very nice and patient. I won’t be back, the front desk just put a bad taste in my mouth. Way too many other locations to deal with that.

I had a very disappointing experience at America’s Best in Buford. The front desk staff were disrespectful and unkind both when I called and when I visited in person. Customer service was lacking throughout the entire process. My contact lenses took almost a month to arrive, and I never received a phone call, text message, or any notification that they were ready for pickup. I had to follow up myself to find out their status. When I finally picked up my contacts, the employee handling them was rude and slammed the contacts onto the counter and into the bag, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. After waiting so long for my order, I expected much better service and communication. What makes this even more frustrating is that after reading other reviews, I noticed many customers have reported the exact same issues with rude front desk staff, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior. It is clear these complaints are not isolated incidents, yet nothing seems to be changing. Management should take these concerns seriously and address them instead of allowing the same problems to continue. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service and lack of communication, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

Scheduled appt for 5:20pm Friday on Thursday morning. Drove 30min in Friday traffic only to find the appt confirmed this morning had been canceled and moved to Sat. at 4pm without asking me. Turns out they don’t accept appointments after 5pm even though the website does. Lucky for me Visionworks down the street was very helpful, cleaner, and has a much better selection
