Mrs. Valerie helped me figure out my glasses situation while I was there with my 2 VERRRRY active boys ages 6&7. She was talking with them and engaged with them and I was able to look at some glasses Uninterrupted and that really made me feel good to have someone so caring do something and go above and beyond. I also appreciate Mrs. Lawandra calling after I got my glasses Just to do a check in to see how they fit, and if there was anything they could do for me. There are some great people out there who really care I would definitely recommend. I LOVEEE MY GLASSES & They had a GREAT DEAL !

My son accidentally broke his glasses, I called around to a few places and they said they could fix them same day. I went up there and they had us in and out within 10 minutes! I could not believe it! Barrett, Sophia and Valerie thank you again so very much for being so kind and so quick! Forever grateful!

Had such a great experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses! Valerie was so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She helped me pick out two pairs of glasses, including the designer pair I really wanted. I was honestly thinking about leaving and going to Walmart, but Valerie took the time to explain my options and helped me save more money while still getting exactly what I wanted. Her customer service was top tier and she made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I’m so glad I stayed!

I went in to get a new pair of glasses. All of the staff was awesome but Ms. Frances Ann was amazing. She had a great attitude. She made sure I got a pair of glasses that looked well on me. We discussed the Pair Eyewear selections. I bought the pair while in the store thanks to her. Shout out to you Ms. Frances Ann. It truly showed that you loved what you do!

My husband had an eye exam here and HATED the way they did it through a tv prompter. That is NOT a very efficient way to do an eye exam. He then ordered his 2 pair of glasses. First, THEY NEVER CALLED to let us know they had came in. We called them 2 weeks later and they told us they were in. Secondly, the lenses seemed very distorted to him. Of course we didn't purchase the more expensive ones but still they were not up to par for eye glasses. The employees were friendly but still a bit lacking. Personal opinion, you're better off going to a REAL local Opthalmologist rather than a box store one.
