America’s Best Optometrist

So this review is not so much about the service I received, but because of how I saw management treat their employees. I went in for an appointment. When I went in, the receptionist was very nice. She greeted me as soon as I got in and helped me understand the different offers the store had, as well as made sure I got a proper appointment set up. She had made some minor mistake with my insurance, so she had called over the store manager. And when the store manager got over, she solved the issue herself. And afterwards, while I was just perusing the store, I could hear her scolding the receptionist for such a tiny mistake, saying that she was going to be fired. And I could physically see the discomfort that she was not only causing the receptionist, but everyone else in the store. Even the other employees looked uncomfortable. And that is not okay. No employee should ever be afraid of their manager for making a minor mistake. This didn't look like typical management tactics and more like fear tactics I would never use this kind of management style on my employees and I truly hope that this post gets enough traction so that the America Best HR can do something about this manager.

I had an amazing experience at America's Best. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and valued. I especially want to recognize the outstanding management team. Farah and Mike do an excellent job leading the store, and it really shows. The positive, professional, and friendly work environment they have created is noticeable as soon as you walk through the door. It's clear the team enjoys working together, and that positive energy carries over into the customer experience. A huge thank you to Leena for helping me pick out my glasses and making the ordering process so easy. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find frames that looked great and fit my style. I never felt rushed, and she made the entire experience enjoyable. If you're looking for great customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend this America's Best location. Thank you, Farah, Mike, Leena, and the entire staff for such an outstanding experience. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to my family and friends!!!

I had a really good experience at the clinic. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish, and the place felt well run. Leena was my optician and she helped me out. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure I understood everything. She really took her time to help me pick what was best for me, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. You can tell the management there does a good job because everything was organized and the staff worked well together. Overall, I’d definitely recommend coming here.

I have to leave the best review here because every single person in this crew is so helpful and kind. I don't know all their names but i remember miss Leena and Dr. Koya. Will come back if the road brings me back here. Thank You so very much, you are actually America's Best 🤩 Zoran

I had a great experience here! The manager was extremely friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. The staff explained everything I needed to know, and I was in and out much faster than I expected.
