I have been going to this office for years, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better eye doctor. Dr. Ma takes her time during every exam, never makes me feel rushed, and always explains everything clearly. She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and professional. I completely trust her with my eye health and would never consider switching to another doctor. Her staff is just as wonderful friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I have been visiting Dempster Eye Center for many years always having prompt, very professional and friendly services from Dr. Ma and her staff. My recent experience particularly stands out as a great example of excellence and compassion of Dr. Ma and her associates. Suddenly experiencing a vision problem on a Saturday, and not being able to urgently see an ophthalmologist, I was immediately accommodated by the office staff and Dr. Ma. She did a very thorough examination, with her and her staff staying after their working hours, made an assessment, suggesting that I need to go to ER for other tests and examinations. That suggestion proved to be the right one. I am grateful and highly recommend Dr. Ma and Dempster Eye Center.

The eye doctor corrected the incorrect test result for my daughter's eye, and the staff was very kind and professional. A special thanks to the technician who was able to fix the arm of my eyeglasses, which others couldn't. Everyone was helpful, and we had a great experience.
