Overall, my experience with the eye examination and the services provided was very good. The staff and doctor were professional, and I was satisfied with the care I received. However, I was disappointed with a recent interaction when I called to inquire about the status of my glasses. The staff member I spoke with, Michelle, came across as impatient and dismissive, making me feel as though my call was an inconvenience. I understand that the store can be busy, but customers appreciate being treated with patience, courtesy, and respect when they call with questions. I would suggest improving the front desk customer service experience, particularly when patients call to check on the status of their orders. A more polite and efficient approach would go a long way in making customers feel valued. Despite this experience, I was pleased with the examination and overall service.
