Big City Optical North Andersonville

I can't recommend Dr. Sidhu and the staff of Big City Optical enough! Scheduling was simple, and they were incredibly helpful when I had trouble locating my VSP insurance. Dr. Sidhu is knowledgeable, friendly, and personable and he made me feel confident in my options for glasses and contacts, was patient as we worked through a few different contact choices, and made sure I was comfortable before leaving.

I had an extremely wonderful and memorable experience at Big City Optical Dr. Sidhu was enthusiastically helpful about getting me the best care possible during my doctor’s appointment. The staff members, Dustin, Dairay, and Jessica were patient, supportive, and genuinely happy when walking me through contacts training and picking out new glasses. They also cared about my well-being and gave their honest thoughts about my frame options. Truly a special and life-changing visit! There are no words I can say to recommend this location enough… so I leave you with a meme instead! 😄

My wife and I recently visited Big City Optical North for eye exams, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Sidhu was incredibly thorough and attentive—he was able to identify some subtle issues with my vision that others had missed, and he made sure my wife received the correct prescriptions for both her glasses and contacts. Jay and Dustin were equally helpful throughout the process. They walked us through the ordering steps, answered all our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. When we noticed a small scratch on one of my lenses, they handled the replacement quickly and without any hassle. This is a truly caring and professional team that takes your eye health seriously. I highly recommend visiting them—Dustin, Dr. Sidhu, and Jay will take great care of you.

I came here to get new glasses a few months ago and the whole process was very seamless, everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to! Today, I came in to get some adjustments and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and took great care in her work. Would highly recommend this location to others!

The staff was absolutely awesome! The optometrist took his time to make sure my contac prescription was correct. The front desk staff were very helpful in helping me pick the frames that were not only to my liking, but also to make sure I had a “second pair of eyes” to make sure that the frames I chose were the best fit for the shape of my face no matter how high or low the frame price was. They also answered every question I had with ease and enthusiasm! I will continue to give them my business because they treat their customers like we have known each other for years, LOL, which allowed me to feel comfortable enough to tell them what frames I did and did not like Love the entire staff for their service and going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my prescription and my frames.
