America’s Best Optometrist

I visited the Nora Americas best less than 2 months ago for glasses and vision test. I scheduled an appointment at this 38th street location for a contact fitting. Since it’s been within 90 days price is $50. When I arrived they told me I would have to do an entire exam again and pay the full amount of $130 even though I was examined by America’s best in June. The eye doctor at this facility is out to make money and not customers. You should honor your company’s name and only pay $50 for the fitting, not demand I do an entire exam and pay you $130. Complete waste of my time and unprofessionalism. Visit the one in Nora, staff there are much more friendly and helpful and aren’t trying to get every dime from you.

That place is awful because of the stuff. I got totally wrong eyed glasses and today I came around 12:30 pm , 2 receptionists sat on the front desk and showed their attitudes, and didn’t able to pull my name, they don’t know how to talk with customers and computer. I was talking with one receptionist and another black lady she talked in between us and didn’t solve the problems, just showed bossy attitude. I am so surprised those people doesn’t deserve job. I hope the store manager pay attention about my review and talk with the front desk receptionists ( who sat on Saturday). Do not waste your time and money, do not come here.

I arrived 20 mins early for my appointment which was scheduled for 3:15pm. When l got there, l was told to wait for another 30 mins to get my contact lenses class started or re schedule 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️! Why then did l show up for the appointment? Although that pissed me off, l tried to be calm....30 mins later, after waiting patiently for my turn, l was asked to watch a video......OR RESCHEDULE, like SERIOUSLY...l have a JOB!!! Can these people prioritize their customers????? I was not happy with the treatment l got!!!

I came in from Georgia for an eye exam and received great care. The staff & doctor were very professional and welcoming. Jacqui assisted me with choosing my frames. She was patient, kind and very helpful. Great place to pick your glasses!

I had a wonderful experience today and every time I get outstanding help from Jacqui. She is located at Honey Creek Plaza. I purchased contacts and glasses. I definitely continued my membership in the club plan. She offered anti reflection coating cause she knows I'm a Truck Driver. She knows her job and has helped many times. I look forward to coming here, I purchased 4pair of glass 2 with transition lenses in addition to my Contacts. Thanks Jacqui😇
