I had a 12:50 appointment and I accidentally ended up at the location on Dixie Highway. They pointed me to the Bashford Manor location and I went straight there. They got me in right away as a walk -in. I'm going to say, 5 stars straight across the board. Everyone was very helpful and I'm glad that I went to this place for my new glasses. I could definitely recommend. Thanks for everything.
Siri was amazing she was so sweet and is bilingual. She was so kind and helpful with what to choose and get when it came to my glasses. Also told me about the discounts that were available to me. She made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable! Will def be going back especially to her.
Just my luck they were able to take in a last minute appointment. Being a returning customer, check in was very fast. The five employees that I interacted with were excellent! They had the contact lenses that I needed and at a good price. In and out within 45 minutes.
Totally screwed me over twice. They didn’t measure my PD, and I couldn’t wear my glasses, had to return them. If you aren’t Hispanic they will treat you like a second class citizen. Stay away from this place! Unless of course you don’t speak English, then they will treat you right. I hate, hate, hate this place! Also the optometrist was condescending and rude. And to top it off they charge way more than they used to. In addition the store smells like body odor. One of the worst places I’ve ever had the misfortune to do business with. Never again.
I like going to American Best, They make you feel welcome also, if you can't find the right glasses, they will help you. Suri, help me get a pair of sunglasses ( off my old pair of frame).
