Dr. Sutton was both professional and personable. I appreciated that she took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. I also had an excellent experience with opticians Jamie and Rachel. Jamie didn’t try to upsell me on frames or lenses and walked me through what my insurance would and would not cover. She also let me know I could keep my current frames and simply replace the lenses—an option I didn’t realize was available, and one that saved me money while letting me keep frames I love. Rachel was equally helpful, explaining the differences between frame companies and making sure my new lenses were working properly when I picked up my glasses. I was very satisfied with my experience at Falls City Eye Care and will definitely return. Highly recommended.
Great exam! Glasses well done! Awesome service! I definitely recommend. 😊 The only issue I had is that I was not given the option to do dilation. I was just given the one service (where they take pics instead) that cost $50 and informed I had to pay it when i was ordering my glasses. I didn't really care for that. Be sure to bring that up in advance.
Dr. Martorana is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand and the equipment used to check my eyes seems new and modern. Jaime was very helpful and answered all my questions when discussing costs for glasses. Highly recommend this practice.
I keep getting ads from this place so i thought id share my experience. I only went once - they gate-keep your Pupilary Distance measurement so you can’t order glasses online at places like zenni. The doctor forgot to send my bifocal prescription, and the receptionist assured me she knew most things about eyes and i was too young for a bifocal. And! This is crazy. I asked the doctor if i had any scar tissue on my retina after he dismissed me and he hadnt even looked at the imaging!! Just a good way to get an extra 60 bucks out of people because insurance doesnt cover it. Wild ride folks. Would never come back Edit: thanks for the response! I don’t know how you un-not-look-at-retina scans, and I brought the other questions up at the time so im not sure it will be beneficial to reach out again.
