America’s Best Optometrist

I was in to get my prescription updated as it been a few years. I work with infrared all day and it was taking a toll on my eyes. Dr.Hall was wonderful she listened to my concerns and gave me the tools to find what I needed. When I was looking for new frames Savanna was the best! She helped me find the frames I need and gave me the best service! I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I will always come back because they are so awesome!! Keep it up!

Savanna’s punctuality, awesome customer service, her spectacular work ethic in finding us and getting us the best deal we could for our glasses. Dr. Hall was insightful and incredible at giving us the information on the health of our eyes. Once again amazing shout out to Savanna. Savanna deserves a PAY RAISE for sure. Definitely a star performer at this location.

I had a terrible experience with this location. My appointment was at 9:40 AM, and due to traffic from an accident, I called ahead to let them know I’d be a few minutes late. Even though most clinics allow a 15-minute grace period, they canceled my appointment immediately. They never mentioned any 'early arrival' requirements during the pre-check-in process. The staff was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and lacked any sense of ethics or customer service. They spend a lot on advertising, but their actual service is poor. Save your time also your money and go elsewhere!

All of the staff here are kind and efficient! After helping me pick out my glasses, Brooke actually took the time to sit with me and explain my prescription to me. Also, the Eye Care club they offer is an excellent option for those without vision insurance!

I had cancelled a previously made appointment either yesterday or the earlier this morning. They called me while I was at work to reschedule which I said yes. I got my times mixed up with my previous appointment which would of been 40 minutes later from the old one scheduled. I thought it was a whole hour later. When arriving in the parking lot, I was confused when I recieved a text saying my appintment was cancelled? I went in confused asking I was there and ready to go. A woman off to the right side on the phone said in a rather nasty tone they see people every ten minutes and I had no choice but to reschedule. They said they could reschedule me to find something that works for me but working two jobs makes my time extremely limited which is why I'm extremely upset. Will not be returning, super discouraging and unwilling to cooporate to see me same day despite being 11 minutes late.
