Hannah prepared 2 quotes for me.When i went with the lower priced quote; thats when things went south!! Some mysterious "back end" charge came up.My printed quoted price wasn't honored!! I sent an email inquiry for clarification.Ben returns my call almost immediately with a very rude & escalated voice; 100% defending Hannah & this "back-end" charge.Instead of listening, Ben threatens to cancel my order & hangs up on me! The staff is obviously money hungry....SO SAD!!

I was very impressed and happy with the service I received at Target Optical. Bryan was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to help me find the perfect pair of pink eyeglasses, and I absolutely love them! I’m so happy with my new glasses and highly recommend Bryan and the Target Optical team.
