I had a fantastic experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses in Largo Town Center! A special shoutout to Nyja—she was absolutely amazing. Her positive outlook and incredible customer service. She was incredibly informative and highly knowledgeable about all of their products and policies, which made making decisions so much easier. On top of that, the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to everyone they interacted with. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend this location!

My appointment was scheduled for 12:40pm. I didn’t leave until 3pm. The staff was rude and unprofessional. According to them all the managers always take their breaks at the same time and fine back when they want. The receptionist Rhilee as well as the brown skin girl with the joker smile was extremely rude. The customer service is trash. And they force you to have your follow up at this V location. Worst experience of my life. I wish I had read the reviews before coming . Literally spent hours waiting to be serviced here. My recommendation is go to My eye Dr. they are a little more expensive, however you get what you pay for 🤷🏽‍♀️

I will continue visiting this location. De’jah and Cristel both were professional and kind. De’jahs instructions during the exam was extremely clear and gentle. Cristel displayed a great deal of patience as I took forever trying to choose glasses. She assisted me by answering questions and this influenced the large purchase made. Thank you ladies!!!

Really unprofessional with scheduling, America best called me to make an eye appointment about two weeks ago, called again on this Thursday to confirmed the appointment, they sent me a text message same day reminding me to come to the appointment, when I get there, without even mentioning my name, she advice to me they been trying to call me since the 9th to tell me the doctor was leaving early. American best never called or made an attempt. She wanted to reschedule, I told her to cancelled, I will never come back. When I got to my car they cancelled the appointment. Here is the proof, you want reliable service, skip this America best in largo, Md.
