From the moment I walked in, I received a warm friendly greeting! I was seen promptly by the technician and the doctor. Then I met with Love who helped me pick out my new glasses. She was a joy to work with! I had a great experience 🤗🤗🤗
I had an amazing experience at American Best thanks to Love. At first, I was a little frustrated because I found out my insurance was out of network, but I decided to continue with my appointment anyway and I’m so glad I did. Love was incredibly patient and helpful while I searched for glasses that fit both my style and my budget. She let me try on what felt like half the store without ever making me feel rushed and gave honest opinions about what looked best on me. She also made sure I knew about every promotion available and was very transparent about pricing, which I really appreciated. I originally came in for one pair of glasses and ended up leaving with two pairs that I absolutely love. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Love truly made me feel welcomed and cared for throughout the entire experience. Shout-out to Delroy as well for making sure I left looking my best. I’ll definitely be back to see them both again. Thank you, Love and Delroy!
The service here was PHENOMENAL! Everyone from the front desk staff to the folks doing the tests and exam provided exceptional service. I took my grandma for a checkup and new glasses. Despite not telling the staff in advance that she has dementia, they handled her with great care and patience. They carefully explained any instructions and didn’t get annoyed at all by having to repeat themselves due to Granny’s poor memory. I am beyond grateful for their kindness and how they treated us. 5 stars isn’t enough.
The staff is great and very welcoming. Reception is quick with check in all the doctors and techs make the exams quick and easy, and we had Kaitlyn who helped us with finalizing everything as far as insurance and preference for the glasses. She was a great help with great recommendations and lovely to meet. Latisha (who was working the front desk) even perfectly picked out a pair we liked on her first try which we purchased! All in all 10/10 experience.
Latisha took care of me. I’m very glad I chose this location. Derrell (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly) was awesome as well. He had great customer service and he kept the rotation going to see the ophthalmologist. Well oiled machine. Kiddos to the crew!
