I wish I could leave 0 stars. For 1 I get a text saying my glasses are ready I drove 30 mins for a sign to be on the door saying “we will be back at 5:15” so I wait and I go in and the light are off so I’m trying on my glasses and it’s literally dark in the store. I try my glasses on and my prescription is totally horrible. The manager acted like it was my fault my prescription was wrong. I can’t see out one of the eyes and I already suffer from headaches due to vision. This is an inconvenience truly. And I want my money back so something needs to be done.

Love this place! The staff is SO helpful and FUN! I am SO happy we chose this location they are wonderful, knowledgeable AND fun! The staff (those in the photos) made our experience so much fun, who can say that about an appointment to get glasses?! WE can NOW! If you want a knowledgeable and attentive, fun experience please choose this location you won't be sorry!

He got the job done efficiently while still managing to put a genuine smile on my face. That level of care truly made a difference in my day, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The manager at this location needs further training on customer service. Making rude remarks to a customer after YOU failed to issue a refund is very unprofessional. Do not tell customers what they “should’ve” done when the blame is on your location for issuing the wrong prescription glasses to begin with. Avoid this location they clearly do not care about respecting their customers even when they have caused the issue.
