This was our first time visiting this store, but let me tell you, it was the best experience for me—from the service when booking the appointment to the very last moment we spent in the store. We are very grateful to Ms. Jazmin for her kindness, patience, and, above all, her attentiveness toward us.

I went into the store on Annapolis Rd in Maryland, after going in yesterday and telling them that I would like the 2 for $95 special. While doing rhe test the doctor askdd if i wanted to do the test for contacts, and I said yes. After everything was done, the rep said that it wont be $95 it will be $119 because I did the test for the contacts. Everything was great until it came to make the payment and they said that it will be $250+. When asked why, they said that the glasses weren't included because of did the test for the contacts. Ive heard about how crooked they were, but I decided to give them a try. Worst place ever, bad customer service and attitude.
The schedule of my appointment was easy and I was sent numerous reminders...which was okay because I had to reschedule several times. The day of my appointment i was greated and helped with kindness. And the day that I picked up my eye wear rhe same person helped and made me feel important and comfortable. I was reluctant to try the progressive lens...she walked me through the training with patients.
The reason I am leaving a one star review is because of the customer service was not thorough. When someone is purchasing contact for the first time, they are not aware of how to take care of their contacts how to put them in and they did not teach any of that and I know that is so unlike them so I’m leaving them one star so that they can see it so they can address the issue so it won’t be any problems in the future
