America’s Best Optometrist

I’m currently in traverse city for the weekend and 3+ hours away from this store’s location. I left my contacts at home before my trip on accident and have a -9.25 in both of my eyes. Almost literally blind without glasses/contacts. I need my prescription so I can give it to a local shop and get an emergency pair of contacts. But guess which America’s Best store refuses to give me my script over the phone because I can’t come in person to confirm I am who I am? That’s right, this one! Lady on the phone was unprofessional and unhelpful. Have had issues with this store in the past and finally done with them. Take your time and business elsewhere

A year and a half ago I was in need of new glasses. I was turned on to America's Best because of a promotion they were having. I knew nothing of America's Best, but thought I would give it a shot. I was greeted by a gentleman named Quintin. His customer service is absolutely exceptional! Polite, knowledgeable, patient, and detail oriented only begin to describe him. Fast forward to today. I found myself in the market for sunglasses. I absolutely returned to America's Best. I was greeted by an awesome young lady named Abby at the front desk. She graciously and patiently navigated me through an insurance hiccup. I then recognized Quintin from my previous visit. He and I began speaking about what I was looking for. Just like my previous visit, he flawlessly guided me to a decision that best fit my needs. His level of customer service is second to none! I will continue to shop at the Americas Best in West Lansing because of Quintin and Abby. Thank you for all of your help!

I've been going to America's Best in west Lansing for many years. Love the staff! They're always friendly and helpful. Dr. Stewart is a great optometrist. He's knowledgeable and works to find the most comfortable/suitable prescriptions that suit my specific eye needs.

my glasses got messed up because i got hit in the face with a ball and lowkey was freaking out. but americas best is the best and has free repair and saved my life!!! did not catch the gentleman’s name who helped me but i will give him all the credit because he was the only one at the desk able to help people and he helped 4 people including me in my time there and i was there max like 10 minutes. love you.

I have been going to America's Best for years at this location. The staff is wonderful, the doctor is kind and takes his time, and the selection of glasses is great. Highly recommend.
